A lovely country home/cottage with south-east exposure on the Gull River that offers water access to the many amenities of the town of Minden (1.5 kms away) and the large, beautiful, clean, clear Gull Lake (approx. 3 kms away) with its many bays and inlets. There is deep water off the dock and the river is wide and navigable by boat.
This facility comfortably accommodates 8 people, having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in this three level home, including a finished walkout to the large private yard. It has an open concept, fully equipped kitchen/dining room boasting modern appliances, and includes wine and bar fridges.
