Three-bedroom lakefront cottage in a quiet bay on Kennisis Lake with a slightly sloping lot.
Five people can sleep comfortably in the three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third has a single day bed. The living room fireplace is non-functional.
There is a lakeside fireplace to enjoy the view, and a new dock for water access. The owner offers the rental of a motorized watercraft; please inquire if you are interested.
Please note that the owner resides in a loft residence above the garage at the back of the property.
Aluminum boat available with 9.8 merc for rent $600 week - comes with full tank of gas , must be left with full tank of gas - please inquire if interested at time of booking - life jackets are not included, renters must provide their own.
