This cottage accommodates 9 people comfortably with 1 king, 2 doubles and 3 twin beds. Please note that 2 of the twin beds are upper bunk beds suitable and rated for persons with a maximum
weight of 150 lbs. A spacious great room with Bell satellite flat screen TV and unlimited internet and wi-fi.
Large harvest dining table and breakfast bar in kitchen, fully equipped w/ stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and everything you will need to cook and BBQ for a large family gathering.
An additional 430 sq.ft. lower level boasts lots of activities with a pool table, ping pong table, dart board, pellet stove, bar area/bar fridge and additional TV sitting area. 2 mud room entries and a separate laundry/utility area.
Walk-out the games room to a gently sloping waterfront, perfect for the fire pit, horseshoes or bocce ball. Walk-in area into the sparkling clear water or jump into the deeper water off the large dock. Enjoy the calm waters fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking or playing on the water mat.
Large upper deck overlooking waterfront includes BBQ and seating area to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Big lake views, south facing with all day sun and evening sunsets. All situated on a point lot with shoreline privacy. Surrounded by many hiking and biking trails.
In the winter months the year-round municipal road allows you to stay and enjoy ice fishing, skiing and groomed snowmobile/ATV trails.
Kennisis Lake Marina rents winter and summer sports equipment, including boats and jet skis. A separate boat launch allows cottagers to bring their own boats.
For the fisherman, the lakes are stocked with small-mouth bass and lake trout. Groceries and LCBO/Beer store located a short drive away. Haliburton Forest & Wildlife Reserve and Wolf Center are a must to see! Or a quick 30 minute drive into Haliburton to see the many events that take place throughout the summer.
