This cozy family cottage is located on the famous North Shore of the Big Redstone Lake, and boasts a beautiful sandy shoreline all along the property with easy water access, which makes it ideal for families with children. The southern exposure allows for sun all day, and the grounds in front of and behind the cottage are large and flat which is perfect for a variety of family sports.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large front veranda. The fire place is impressive and cozy. The kitchen is large and very functional. Cell service is very good but landline internet is not available. All the rooms are on the ground floor which allows for close connection with the surroundings and very easy access. The fire pit is close to the lake. There you can enjoy long,beautiful evenings with sky full of stars.
There are beds to accommodate six people in three bedrooms; master bedroom (queen size bed), second bedroom (queen size bed) and third bedroom (two twin beds).
The Haliburton Forest, Astronomy center and the Wolf center are only 5 minutes away. You can enjoy walking multitude of trails, bike riding or canoeing many connecting lakes in Haliburton forest.
