There’s 150 feet of flat green lawn with a lakeside fire pit, a glass dining table outside for meals, plenty of room to enjoy a game of bocce, volley ball or kick back with a book at the lake on the 20' dock and watch the boats go by. One thing you won’t hear from the kids is "there’s nothing to do". We are in an area where we have hundreds of feet from one side of the channel to the other; the channel is monitored by police to ensure slow boat traffic. We have no weeds. We have only very large flat stones.
At this lovely 4 bedroom 2 bath cottage, you’ll have all the benefits of both city and cottage living. Swim, sun, swing, green space, high end shopping, dinners out or order in. It’s your holiday!
Enjoy your meals in the dining room or dine at the table on the porch overlooking this beautiful lake. After dinner take a stroll to the famous Kawartha Diary for ice cream. Kids and adults alike love it.
This beautiful executive cottage offers Air Conditioning. The kitchen completes with all utensils, china, silverware, pots and pans and cleaning products.
There are 3 televisions and board games, cards, dominos, books and Internet.There is a boat launch a 1 minute walk away. There are gardens with fresh vegetables . It is a 10 minute walk to downtown stores and restaurants. Cottage is about 90 minutes from Toronto.
Two bedrooms have queens, one bedroom has double and one bedroom has three twin beds. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. There are 2 full bathrooms - Towels, Shampoos, Conditioner and hair dryer provided.
Linens, towels and kitchen towels ARE PROVIDED - guests MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN BEACH TOWELS.
For water fun, stand up paddle boards , pool noodles and kayaks are provided.
LIFE JACKETS ARE NOT PROVIDED - GUESTS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN.
